Nicholas Sproul
A South Florida native through and through, Nick Sproul grew up in Pompano Beach and has built his life, and real estate career, around the community he calls home. While earning degrees in marketing and management at Florida State University, Nick got an early start in business through an intense summer sales program called Southwestern Advantage. For 3 years, he honed his skills in communication, leadership, and grit by working 80+ hours a week in direct sales. It’s where he first learned the value of putting clients first, an approach that still defines his work today.
Nick launched his real estate career in 2015 with Keller Williams Elite Properties, closing 29 transactions in his first year and earning Rookie of the Year in an office of 160+ agents. Just one year later, with 65 clients served, he obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license to deepen his expertise and better protect his clients' most valuable assets.
In 2018, he opened the first Florida office for Southwestern Real Estate in Hollywood, and quickly became a fixture in the local business community through organizations like the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Hollywood Lions Club, and Toastmasters. By 2020, he was recognized among the top 1% of agents in South Florida, receiving accolades such as Celebrated Leader by Broward Real Producers, Top 20 Under 40 by the Miami Board of Realtors, Up and Comer by South Florida Business and Wealth, and Rising Star by the Hollywood Chamber.
As his personal sales grew, so did his vision for mentoring others. Nick set out to build a high-performing team of agents, which now serves markets across Florida—from Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, to Port St. Lucie, Orlando, Gainesville, Jacksonville, and beyond. While continuing to mentor as a managing broker, he also refined his personal focus, earning certifications as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Seller Representative Specialist. As of 2024, Nick ranks in the Top 1% of agents statewide and nationwide, with over $100 million in career sales. Putting his market knowledge and local upbringing to the test, he also recently accepted a role as a local host for a nationally syndicated lifestyle and real estate show called The American Dream, where he gets the opportunity to highlight local businesses, communities, and listings.
Outside of real estate, Nick and his wife Teresa are raising their three children—Mila, Dominic, and Lincoln—in Cooper City, along with their rescue dog, Copa. Deeply committed to giving back, he serves on the board and executive committees for Children’s Harbor foster organization, the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and the South Broward Regional Board of Realtors.
