South Florida native, Nick Sproul is the founder and broker-owner of Cadence Real Estate Group and the Principal agent of Sproul Team. An expert in luxury home sales strategies, he ranks within the top 1% of Realtors nationwide and has personally represented over 400 clients in closed transactions for $100M+ in volume. As host of the national TV show, The American Dream: Selling South Florida, Nick has worked with multiple luxury homebuilders, high-level CEOs, and entrepreneurs. Nick holds certifications as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Seller Representative Specialist.
